Luxury Shawls

Sold on their own, not with an outfit

All ten pieces in this edit are shawls and nothing else. No shirt, no trouser, no dupatta. Each silk shawl is sold separately as an add-on, including the ones photographed over ensembles from the Piyu Bole line, so it layers just as readily over a plain stitched outfit, an unstitched suit, or a bridal ensemble that needs a second surface. Prices run from PKR 24,500 to 174,500, and delivery is three to four weeks on all ten.

Premium silk or Korean raw silk

Seven are cut from premium silk and three (Elysian Veil, Floral Haze and Veloria) from Korean raw silk, which takes digital print more crisply because of its drier surface. Most carry digital print with heavy embellishment worked over it. Two do something else: Obsidian Veil uses tissue floral appliqué with gold-toned sequin work, and Floriana Veil carries heavy hand embroidery rather than embellishment, which is why it sits where it does on price.

How to use one

A shawl is the fastest way to change what an outfit is for. Over a plain silk shirt it turns a daytime suit into evening clothes. Over a bridal lehenga it adds a second layer of handwork without committing to a second heavy dupatta. The darker pieces, Obsidian Veil and Emerald Haze, hold their detail under evening light, while Floral Haze and Veloria sit softer for daytime functions. Every order ships worldwide.
