Velvet Dresses
Velvet Dresses for Winter Weddings
A small, deliberate edit. Velvet is the heaviest fabric we work with, and we use it only where its depth of colour and plush surface earn their place — winter weddings, evening baraats and cold-weather formal occasions.
Handwork on a Rich Ground
Mahroza pairs mehroon pure velvet with marrori embroidery, kundan stones, naqshi detailing and fine resham thread, balanced by a blush breeze net dupatta. Velour Teal takes a teal velvet shirt into zardozi and dabka embroidery with pearl and crystal embellishment.
How to Style Velvet
Because velvet already carries weight and shine, it sits best against a lighter dupatta — net, organza or soft chiffon — rather than a second heavy layer. Both pieces are stitched, ready to wear, and shipped worldwide.
