Pakistani formal dresses here run from karandi lawn suits at the entry tier through Korean raw silk and chiffon in the middle to tissue silk and Chantilly net at the top. Fourteen sit under PKR 15,000, thirteen between 15,000 and 25,000, and twenty-three above that. Every piece is stitched and ready to wear.

What separates the tiers

Not the stitching, which is the same throughout. What changes is the cloth and the hours in it. A lawn suit carries resham thread embroidery and a printed dupatta. A tissue silk piece carries naqshi, dabka, kundan and tilla worked by hand over weeks. Both are finished properly; they are built for different occasions and different budgets.

Which piece for which function

Lawn and karandi pieces work as semi formal dresses for Eid mornings and daytime functions. Silk, net and velvet ensembles step up to mehndi, walima, receptions and formal dinners.
